This rental property had previously been ill thought out. Where we have fitted a lovely big, low maintenance, walk in shower, there had been a bath that nobody really used. Where we have fitted the large basin with 3 storage drawers, there had been a 900mm square shower tray framed by a stud wall either side. This was quite oppressive in the room, clunky, and cut down light. It had to go! The previous shower hid the lovely oak timbers in the corner too.
The room is now spacious, airy and very usable. The new tenants should be chuffed! Well done to Peter, Matthew and Rob.
