Helen and Steve’s family bathroom has been transformed. We ditched the bath with shower over it for a 1600 x 800 walk in shower with dual outlets. With careful consideration, we managed to fit the tray on the floor where a plinth would have been a much easier installation. It just wouldn’t have looked quite so nice!
A back to wall WC and bulkhead allowed us to hide all the pipework and we even managed to lose the floor to ceiling box that concealed the soil stack. This makes for a less busy looking corner to the room.
The walls are painted with Mylands marble matt, which is fantastic paint. You can almost get away with just one coat!
All in all, an excellent bathroom with more usable space and great style.
